We took our Audi A3 to Naples Auto Repair due to what appeared to be a coolant link. We left the car in their lot the night before and returned the next morning trying to get there early - we arrived at 7:30am and the shop’s hours are listed as 7:45a - 4:45p. To our surprise they were already open and we walked in the office and met David. He was very friendly and nice. We explained to him the problem with the car. He said that they would be more than happy to look at it but they already had a full schedule of appointments that day. So they would be able to check it out tomorrow! So we left the car and then this morning, David called and left a message! I called him back and he told me that they ran a pressure test and confirmed a leak but in order to find exactly where the link was it would require taking apart plastic engine covers, the radiator cap/coolant reserve cap to inspect hoses, the radiator, water pump or heater core for leaks! He explained that they don’t do that type of work on Audis and suggested two other repair shops. David even reviewed a bill we got when we took the car into another repair shop just over 2 years ago for a similar leak. He took his time and went over that bill and explained what that repair shop supposedly did. So when we finished up, I asked David how much we owed and he said we didn’t owe anything since he wasn’t able to do a full diagnosis. That left me feeling really good about this repair shop because I know he could have charged me something! It really left me with the impression that Naples Auto Repair shop is a very reputable business. I told David that I found them thru ChatGPT as one of the most reputable and reliable repair shops in the area and I completely agree with that assessment. I would absolutely recommend them if you need work on your car!! Thanks David for the outstanding customer service you provided!

A major auto dealership service department told me I needed a couple of significant repairs. I questioned this and took my car, once again, to Naples Auto Repair. Dave and his team put my car up on a rack, checked it out, and reported that my auto did not need either repair. They explained the situation and I felt reassured. This is my second trip to Naples Auto Repair. The first visit did require some repairs and I thought their pricing was very fair and the service was completed as promised. Always a good experience dealing with Naples Auto Repair!
